Markets and Community are committed to providing exceptional customer service and build close relationships with our clients. We endeavour to make sure that all information listed on our website are current and will be updated accordingly.
All prices shown are in Australian dollars – AUD and include a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST will be removed at the checkout for orders that are outside Australia.
Our services are stated below:
Stallholder Page $38.50 (inc GST) for the year.
Advertisement Page $27.50 (inc GST) per advertisement.
Community Event/Fairs Page $49.50 (inc GST) per advertisement. Free for not-for-profit organisations.
Clients will get access to their page as soon as payment is made through PayPal.
Refund Policy
Our website is designed to help markets, stallholders and community events be recognised and bring more visitors to the events, if you believe that the information in this website is not helping you towards your business we will gladly offer you a full refund.

Privacy Policy
Markets and Community is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We only use your information to identify your login details for your page and provide you with our fortnightly newsletter (which you can unsubscribe at any time); we may advertise your market, stall or event on Facebook, twitter or our blog, if you don’t wish to be mentioned in any of these avenues please advise us by emailing nitty@marketsandcommunity.com.au.
Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its “IP address,” and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer’s IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.
We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise a payment that you wish to make. After completing the payment details provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your payment.
Security Policy
When purchasing from Markets and Community your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. Payments Policy
We use PayPal as our payment gateway; this is a secure gateway that is used widely across the world. We have chosen PayPal to keep our costs down. If you do not want to use a credit card facility to process your payment we are quite happy to accept a cheque or bank transfer and enter your details manually. After your details are entered you will then receive a login and password for your page.
If we are using a non PayPal methods of payment please email nitty@marketsandcommunity.com.au to let us know and we will email you paperwork such as a stallholder application form and payment details.
